Terms of Sale – Dog People Evolution Conference 2025

 

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of event tickets and services through our website. Consumer transactions are regulated by various laws, including the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the E-Commerce Act (2002:562). These terms do not limit your statutory rights but clarify the key rights and obligations of both parties.

2. The Parties

The Seller is Jess2 AB, Körsbärsstigen 1, 13437 Gustavsberg, corporate registration number 559312-6534, jess2dogs@gmail.com, +46 707962858, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller." The Buyer is the individual purchasing a ticket or service, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer."

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed excluding VAT and applicable fees. Taxes and additional fees will be calculated based on the Buyer’s country at checkout. The Seller is registered for OSS (One Stop Shop) within the EU.

4. Agreement Confirmation

The purchase is binding once the Buyer places an order and receives confirmation from the Seller.

5. Payment

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via credit or debit card.

  • No tickets will be issued without full payment.

  • If the Buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the Buyer will be charged the same day the order for the goods or service is purchased.

  • When paying by invoice, the invoice is issued to the buyer upon ordering. Invoicing is done via Fortnox Finans to customers within Sweden, and directly from the seller to customers outside Sweden. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is at least 7 days from receipt. 

  • Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay with a subsequent invoice.

6. Delivery

Delivery is considered complete once the Buyer has received confirmation of their event ticket purchase.

7. No Right of Withdrawal

Tickets for events are non-refundable as they are for a specific date and time. This falls under the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).

8. Refund Policy

  • If the event is canceled or rescheduled, the Buyer is entitled to a refund.

  • If rescheduled, the Buyer may choose to attend the new date or request a refund.

9. Service Guarantee

The Seller guarantees event access as promised, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

10. Personal Data Protection

  • The Seller is responsible for handling personal data in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Buyer information is only collected to fulfill the purchase and will not be shared unless legally required or necessary for the transaction.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any concerns must be reported to the Seller within a reasonable time.

  • Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible.

​

By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer agrees to these Terms of Sale.
